Information we collect
When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, work email address, and phone number. On some pages, the form also asks for your company, your role, your team size, and a few questions about your activity, such as your revenue band, the task that takes you the most time or how many tenders you receive. We also record the page and referral source, campaign parameters present in the link, submission time, language, and steps in the contact and calendar flow. Our hosting and security providers process technical information such as IP address, browser information, and security signals. Scheduling collects the appointment details and any information you provide to the calendar service.
Why we use it
We use contact and appointment information to respond to your request, arrange a conversation, and follow up on it. We use source and workflow information to understand inquiries and operate the booking flow. Technical information helps deliver and secure the website and prevent abuse. Submitting this form does not subscribe you to marketing messages.
Legal bases
Where European or UK data protection law applies, we rely on steps taken at your request before entering a contract for service inquiries and appointments; legitimate interests for proportionate administration and website security; legal obligations where applicable; and consent where required for optional tracking. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests or withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Providers and sharing
Cloudflare provides website hosting, the D1 database used to store inquiries, and Turnstile abuse protection. When you continue to scheduling, Cal.com receives your contact details to prefill the booking and arrange the appointment. People authorised to handle your inquiry may access the information needed for that work. Information may also be disclosed where legally required or necessary to protect legal rights.
Browser storage and advertising
The contact flow uses session storage to remember an inquiry identifier and access token so you can resume your progress in the browser tab. Resetting the form clears that local progress; it does not delete the inquiry already submitted. Cloudflare and Cal.com may use storage needed for security and scheduling. With your permission, Meta Pixel sends page visits, successful inquiry submissions and booked appointments to Meta for advertising measurement and targeting. Meta receives technical data such as your IP address, browser information, visited URL and cookie identifiers and may associate activity with your Meta account. We do not include the name, email, or phone entered in our form in these pixel events or enable automatic advanced matching. Conversions API is not enabled. Accept or decline in the cookie panel, and change or withdraw your choice at any time through Cookie preferences at the bottom of the page. We store your choice in local storage for up to 180 days. Declining does not prevent use of the form or calendar; withdrawing stops future pixel events but does not recall data already sent to Meta.
Publishing to TikTok and other social accounts
Alphbase Publisher, our self-hosted publishing tool, lets members of the Alphbase team connect their own TikTok and other social accounts to schedule posts. When an account owner connects TikTok, we receive the basic profile information they authorise (open ID, display name, avatar, profile link and verification status) and access tokens. We use them only to show which account will post and to publish or upload the videos and captions the account owner chooses. We do not access followers, messages or viewing data, and we do not sell or share this information. The account owner can disconnect TikTok in the tool or revoke access in TikTok’s settings at any time, which stops any further publishing; email us to have stored tokens deleted.
International processing
AXE COMMERCE LLC is based in the United States, and service providers may process data in other countries. The website’s inquiry database is configured with EU jurisdiction; this does not mean all processing stays in the EU. Where required, international transfers must be covered by applicable safeguards, such as approved contractual clauses. Contact us for information about safeguards relevant to your data.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to handle your inquiry, maintain an ongoing business relationship, meet applicable obligations, or resolve disputes. Retention depends on the purpose and legal requirements. You can request deletion at the address below. We use access controls and other technical protections; no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a portable copy of your information, and object to certain uses. Email us to make a request; we may need to verify your identity. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. Please do not send sensitive documents unless requested through an appropriate channel.
